About Me
Experience Built on the Ground
I am Raajeshh MSR, a freelance Project Mentor and Consultant with over 26 years of hands-on industry experience.
My professional journey began at the ground level, where I learned the fundamentals of technical work through direct experience. From helper to technician, site supervisor and project manager, every role strengthened my understanding of people, systems, execution and accountability.
Today, I use that experience to guide projects from the first idea to successful completion. My role is not limited to recommending a product or completing one part of the work. I study the actual requirement, help select the right solution, coordinate the right people and mentor the project until its intended outcome is achieved.
I believe experience becomes valuable only when it helps others avoid mistakes, make confident decisions and create sustainable growth.

My recommendations are based on the needs of each project—not on commissions, brand pressure or dealer preference. I remain solution-focused and vendor-neutral, so that the customer, entrepreneur and system integrator receive genuine long-term value.
HOW I WORK
The market often promotes products or brands based on commercial associations. That approach may not always serve the real needs of the customer or deliver the best outcome for the project.
I follow a different process:
- Understand the actual need.
- Design the right solution.
- Evaluate products, professionals and options without bias.
- Mentor the people responsible for execution.
- Manage coordination, quality and progress.
- Complete the project with accountability.
I do not recommend a solution merely because it benefits a particular manufacturer, dealer or contractor. My guidance is based on project suitability, quality, value and long-term performance.

PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY
2000–2011 | Learning, Growth & Project Responsibility
I began my career with a leading electrical company in Bengaluru as a helper, learning the fundamentals of technical work directly on site. My commitment and practical ability helped me progress to technician, site supervisor and project-management responsibilities.
During this formative period, I also developed hands-on expertise in IT Networking and ELV systems, including design, coordination and project management.
2011–2025 | Entrepreneurship, Contracting & System Integration
I established and managed my own entity in the IT Networking and ELV sector, delivering contracting and system-integration solutions. This phase gave me end-to-end experience in understanding requirements, designing systems, coordinating teams, managing challenges and completing projects.
2019–Present | Lekhaana Goshala Management & Wealth Energy Creation through Goseva
Lekhaana Goshala began in 2019 with 2 desi cows and a purpose: to protect indigenous cows while developing a practical path towards Goshala self-sustainability.
The journey expanded into Gomaya products, natural farming awareness and the Gomaya Revolution—a movement connecting cow care, healthy soil, healthy people and a sustainable future.
2026–Present | Freelance Project Mentoring
After observing that many projects suffer not from a lack of products or professionals, but from a lack of clear planning, unbiased guidance and responsible completion, I began working independently as a freelance Project Mentor.
Today, I bring my technical, business, construction, sustainability and mentoring experience together to guide projects and help create new entrepreneurs.
